A Division:

- Winners of the Series 1 games will play a second round of best-of-three to determine the first-place winner.
B Division:
- Series 1:
- Series 2:
- Winners of the Series 1 games will play a second round of best-of-three to determine the first-place winner.
- Losers of the Series 1 games will play a single consolation game to determine third and fourth place. (ice slots permitting...)
Note: Games that are tied at the end of regulation time will go into a 3-player shootout, then to sudden death to determine a winner.
